Unlike every major file converter (Convertio, CloudConvert, Zamzar), ConvertQuick processes your files entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. Your images are never uploaded to a server. This means instant conversion with zero latency, no file size limits imposed by a server, and complete privacy for sensitive documents.

The converter supports all major image formats: PNG, JPG/JPEG, WEBP, BMP, GIF, and SVG input. Output formats include PNG (lossless, best for screenshots and graphics), JPG (lossy, best for photos, adjustable quality), WEBP (modern format with excellent compression), BMP (uncompressed, for legacy compatibility), and GIF (for simple graphics). Batch conversion is supported — select multiple files and convert them all at once.

For JPG and WEBP output, a quality slider lets you balance file size against visual quality. At 90-95% quality, the difference from the original is imperceptible to the human eye while achieving significant file size reduction. For web use, 80-85% quality typically offers the best balance of size and clarity.
